Additional staff consists of estimators, equipment mechanics, clerical staff, and a financial controller.

President / CEO – Scott Rutledge
As President and CEO, Scott Rutledge guides all aspects of business for the company. Scott is involved in all projects. He hires and supervises all employees from job superintendent to office personnel. He is involved with goal setting, sales, and negotiations with our clients. Scott provides the leadership to maintain morale, enhance creativity and productivity of all staff members. He utilizes his experience to train and develop the staff. He holds them to the highest standards of workmanship and continues to lead by example.
Our Sales Staff
We recognizes the importance of having knowledgeable sales people. This is why all sales people also take on additional functions within the company. It is a common practice for a sales person to also serve as the Project Manager, thus allowing them to be involved with the work from start to finish. We believe this is one more reason why we are able to retain our clients with such success.
Our Project Manager
The Project Manager acts as a consultant to the owner in the development and design phases to help shape the outcome of a construction project. This delivery method offers a single point
of responsibility for the delivery of a project with a high level of control during the design or pre-construction phases.
Our Designers & Drafters
Our experienced design staff utilizes an in house CAD system (Computer Aided Design) for the preparation of preliminary and final designs. We work hard to keep up to date with the everchanging state codes and mandate additional schooling for our employees. We are able to help our clients understand the required rules and regulations that apply to their project, and with these tools we help our clients fine tune their needs and visualize solutions producing quality, turn-key projects.
Our Field Superintendent
Our Field Supervisors work closely with Project Managers to insure all field workers and subcontractors are in-tune with the schedule and project specifications. Our Field Supervisors have many years of experience in all facets of construction. They are trained to recognize job site safety concerns and to ensure that the site stays clean and organized.
